Join us for a 'plucking' good day of game preparation.
We will be demonstrating how to pluck and prepare a range of game such as pheasant, partridge and duck.
This year we will also be demonstrating how to prepare venison, from gralloching to butchering and cooking.
If you have an interest in Game Shooting or Stalking this is an event not to be missed... and completely FREE!
