The epitome of the classic English sporting pursuit, driven pheasant and partridge shooting on local estates in the serene Hertfordshire / Oxfordshire countryside is difficult to beat. With fantastic birds, luxurious hospitality and a friendly team of guns to share your experience with, what could be better?

Our days start from 100 birds and offer traditional driven pheasant and partridges, as well as breakfast on arrival, elevenses in the field and a post shoot meal.

The main estate we shoot over is based in the beautiful Cotswold countryside with rolling hills and luscious grassland. It is a pleasure to just be in this picturesque setting for the day, let alone enjoying some fantastic shooting and great camaraderie.

The day will start with breakfast on arrival and a chance to get to know your fellow guns. Once everyone has settled in and filled up on bacon rolls and coffee, you will head to the first drive. After two drives it is time to indulge in traditional elevenses served in the field. More shooting will follow with two or three more drives (depending on the bag) and then it is time to head to the local picture-perfect pub for a hearty, well deserved lunch.

The birds are challenging, the scenery is stunning and the food and drink is handed out liberally.
What are you waiting for? Don your tweeds, grab your gun, book a day and make this season a memorable one.
